Sales & Marketing Executive

Role overview

Madhav Enterprise is hiring a driven Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy offerings. The position focuses on rooftop solar systems, solar EPC projects, solar AMC services, and monitoring solutions. The ideal person will be comfortable creating demand, converting prospects into customers, and nurturing client relationships over the long term.

What the role involves

• Creating new business opportunities through site visits, referrals, online channels, and partner networks.
• Explaining solar PV systems, return on investment, expected savings, and available government subsidies to prospective customers.
• Visiting sites and working with technical teams to assess feasibility.
• Preparing quotations, proposals, and cost-versus-benefit analyses.
• Negotiating pricing and closing sales against assigned targets.
• Coordinating with project execution and service teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Updating CRM records, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining sales reports.
• Developing and managing relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Keeping up to date with solar regulations, net-metering guidelines, and market developments.

Qualifications

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy is preferred. An MBA in Sales & Marketing is considered an added advantage.

Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India.

Compensation: INR 20,000 to INR 50,000 per month.
