Overview
Join Vision VVK Housing India Pvt. Ltd. as a Sales & Marketing Executive based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This role involves designing and implementing cohesive sales and marketing plans that drive revenue growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and put into action comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company financial objectives.
- Identify and target specific customer segments through outreach initiatives to establish a strong sales funnel.
- Manage both digital and traditional marketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand recognition and generating qualified leads.
- Deliver product presentations, negotiate pricing terms and contracts, and successfully finalize sales agreements.
- Build and nurture solid relationships with current clients to encourage loyalty as well as opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Analyze competitors’ moves, market dynamics, and customer input to adjust tactics effectively.
- Generate periodic performance reports, evaluate marketing outcomes, and project sales figures to meet targets.
