About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager / Sales Manager in the Direct Channel to sell life insurance products directly to clients by leveraging company-generated leads and existing customer databases. The role focuses on building lasting customer relationships while consistently meeting sales and renewal objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers using leads provided by the company.
- Evaluate customers' financial requirements to suggest appropriate life insurance plans.
- Drive revenue by cross-selling and up-selling insurance products.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and premium collection goals.
- Foster strong customer connections to enhance client retention and encourage policy renewals.
- Quickly handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues.
- Ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation and follow compliance regulations.
- Perform timely follow-ups and keep detailed sales records.
