Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager - Team Leader to join our team at Supro Info Solutions Private Limited in Pune, Maharashtra. The role involves recruiting, training, and motivating a team of sales advisors to effectively promote and sell our products in the market. The Sales Manager will lead by example and drive sales through the team, ensuring strong performance and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new sales advisors to build a competent team.
- Provide training and motivation to the sales team.
- Guide and support the team in selling company products across the market.
- Drive overall sales performance through the efforts of the advisors.
- Manage and handle the sales team to maintain high productivity.
Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sales.
- Local candidates only.
- Age between 22 and 45 years.
- Fresher candidates are not eligible.
- Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
