Role Responsibilities
- Consistently provide an excellent experience to prospects, members, and guests, turning each interaction into a sales or retention opportunity.
- Actively promote membership sales, renewals, upgrades, and additional purchases such as food, beverage, retail, and fitness products.
- Convert inquiries into memberships through confident objection management, needs-based selling, and diligent follow-up.
- Strengthen member retention by building relationships, identifying those at risk, and suggesting suitable products and services to improve member satisfaction and results.
- Give personalized gym tours aligned with individual goals, recommending corresponding facilities and services.
- Regularly meet or surpass individual and club key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as a qualified key holder when necessary, ensuring efficient opening, closing, and managing shift coverage.
- Master membership software and related systems through provided training.
- Act as a credible brand ambassador by promoting and engaging in fitness challenges, class concepts, and the Workout Wednesday initiative to enhance participation.
- Contribute to operational excellence by upholding high cleanliness and hygiene standards and maintaining attractive gym floor presentation.
- Assist the Head Coach with gym reorganization and occasional fitness-related assignments on and off the floor.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered.
- Manage member queries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when appropriate.
