Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Swevex Tech Solution Opc, based in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The primary responsibility is to attract and onboard e-commerce sellers on major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho for our paid service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, reach out to, and engage with new and existing e-commerce sellers.
- Effectively pitch and sell paid services including seller account onboarding, product listing and cataloging, account management, advertising (PPC/Sponsored Ads), brand registry assistance, and account reinstatement with issue resolution.
- Clearly communicate the advantages of our services and professionally address any objections from sellers.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure thorough follow-ups to convert prospective leads into paying customers.
- Collaborate with operations teams to guarantee smooth delivery of services to clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate sales and client records using Excel.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to current clients, enhancing revenue streams.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary range between 12,000 and 25,000 INR.
