Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive at NoBroker, you will focus on recruiting new brands for advertising within residential communities. This involves cultivating and sustaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat collaborations, comprehending client needs to design suitable marketing strategies, and carrying out direct advertising initiatives such as banner placements, lift advertisements, and door-to-door promotional drives. You will also be responsible for liaising with vendors to ensure the seamless implementation of marketing campaigns. Additionally, obtaining necessary approvals from society management to avoid any last-minute complications and frequently visiting societies to foster connections and uncover potential business leads form part of the role.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants will have between one and two years of experience in field sales or field service roles. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration is advantageous, though newly graduated candidates are also encouraged to apply.
