Prime Rishta Matrimony Services is in a growth phase and seeks a motivated Sales Executive to join their team in Mohali, specifically for night shift operations. This role focuses on driving sales and maintaining client relationships through outbound communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize and maintain the CRM system efficiently during night shifts.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate and manage sales leads.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets through effective cold calling techniques.
- Successfully close sales deals with prime clients to contribute to business growth.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a diploma in any specialization is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
