About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join Labsmart Healthcare Technologies in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves promoting our healthcare products and services, delivering exemplary customer service, and supporting sales team operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and actively reach out to promote the company's products and services.
- Deliver outstanding support over the phone, handling customer queries and issues swiftly and effectively.
- Work with the sales team to devise strategies for retaining clients and increasing sales through upselling.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using a CRM system.
- Help prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored for prospective clients.
- Engage in sales meetings and training programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Assist with administrative duties within the sales department to ensure smooth workflows and customer satisfaction.
