About the Role
Ecopmin Technologies is seeking a proactive Sales Engineer with solid technical knowledge to help grow business by interpreting customer needs and matching them with the right engineering and product solutions. The position acts as a link between clients and internal teams so that solutions are delivered smoothly and growth targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
The role involves guiding customers through the sales journey as a technical advisor, supporting product selection, and helping ensure successful delivery and adoption of solutions.
- Serve as the technical point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Interact with customers to understand their applications and technical needs.
- Present product solutions to clients while clearly explaining reliability and return on investment.
- Assist with pre-sales tasks such as presentations and live demonstrations.
- Support post-sales work, including customer training and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical guidance during implementation and rollout.
- Modify solutions to fit different manufacturing processes and customer-specific requirements.
- Carry out market research and compare competitor offerings.
- Engage with customers in sectors such as semiconductors, automotive electronics, optics/photonics, medical electronics, consumer electronics, smart cards/labels, and industrial manufacturing.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should combine sales capability with engineering understanding and be comfortable discussing product fit, process alignment, and technical value with customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Strong ability to sell, build relationships, and manage customer accounts.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills in technical discussions.
- Ability to solve problems and understand application-level requirements.
- Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in technical sales or industrial product sales.
- Experience dealing with OEMs in automotive, electronics, or industrial environments.
- Practical exposure to product demos, customer meetings, workshops, and technical presentations.
Preferred Background
- Exposure to sectors such as semiconductors, automotive electronics, optics/photonics, medical electronics, consumer electronics, smart cards/labels, or other industrial domains.
