Role Overview

The position of Sales Counselor involves actively engaging with prospective clients to provide knowledgeable counseling about various immigration opportunities. The primary objective is to understand client needs, advise them on appropriate immigration options, convert inquiries into enrolled clients, and nurture lasting relationships to support their immigration journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive counseling on immigration options to potential clients.
• Analyze client profiles and suggest the best-suited immigration pathways.
• Effectively transform leads into confirmed enrollments, achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client communications using CRM systems.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and existing clients to facilitate decision-making.
• Collaborate with case processing teams to guarantee a smooth onboarding experience for clients.

Compensation
