Sales Coordinator

About the Role

Graciss Menstrual Care by Sharas Group is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-expanding Indian hygiene brand by managing smooth sales operations, distributor coordination, and comprehensive sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Regional Sales Managers, distributors, and super stockists to ensure coordinated sales efforts
• Manage customer order processing and ensure dispatches are executed on schedule
• Compile and generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using MIS tools
• Monitor and track payment collections and outstanding dues
• Collaborate across departments including Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to support sales processes
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing data, and sales documentation
• Proactively follow up on pending orders to ensure timely closure

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar disciplines
• Experience range: 2 to 5 years in sales coordination, sales operations, or FMCG sector
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication skills, organized approach, and effective follow-up abilities
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems will be considered an advantage
