Job Overview and Responsibilities
This role involves identifying and actively pursuing new sales opportunities to meet targets and enhance revenue streams. The coordinator will engage in lead generation by researching potential clients online, conducting calls, and organizing meetings. Preparation and distribution of quotations are part of daily tasks. Maintaining strong relationships with current clients through consistent follow-ups is essential. The role also includes ensuring client satisfaction by addressing any order-related questions or concerns.
Additional Duties
- Coordinate internally to expedite order processing and shipment.
- Manage timely follow-up for payments from clients to maintain cash flow.
