About the Role
We are a global luxury media consultancy looking for a highly driven and target-focused Sales Development Executive to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role primarily involves cold calling US-based prospects and is ideal for candidates experienced in lead generation and qualifying opportunities, with a knack for quickly establishing rapport and consistently meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound cold calls aimed at potential clients based in the United States.
- Evaluate and qualify leads, identify key decision-makers, and arrange meetings for senior consultants.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer relationship management (CRM) records and follow up on assignments.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to refine outreach scripts and improve conversion rates.
- Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Requirements
- Availability to work shifts from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Dubai time to align with US trading hours.
- At least one year of cold calling experience, preferably within US or UK markets.
- Fluency in English with clear, confident, and articulate communication skills.
- Proven track record in generating leads and conducting strategic conversations.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and strong communication capabilities.
- Currently residing in Dubai and able to work full-time on-site.
- Comfortable working independently in a results-driven environment.
