Job Overview
This permanent full-time position offers 35 hours of work per week at the H&M Saint Pauls store located in Kilkenny, County Kilkenny, Ireland.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and coach your sales team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences.
- Support the management team in driving store performance and meeting sales targets.
- Represent the H&M brand positively by engaging customers and ensuring excellent service.
- Stay informed on current fashion trends, competitive brands, and utilize this knowledge to inspire customers.
- Provide and welcome feedback to foster development for yourself and your team.
- Ensure operational and visual standards are maintained by coaching colleagues accordingly.
Team Environment
Be part of a vibrant store team including Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers, collaborating to create an inspiring shopping environment.
