Sales Advisor - Part Time Fixed Term

About the Role

Join H&M as a Sales Advisor and be a vital part of delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your key duties will include greeting customers warmly, assisting them in selecting products, and showcasing the latest fashion and styles that align with our brand values. Key Responsibilities

• Provide customers with expert fashion and product advice to support informed purchase decisions.
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure outstanding service throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain an organized, stocked, and welcoming sales floor and back-of-house area.
• Assist in opening and closing the store efficiently and professionally.
• Consistently present a positive and professional image of yourself and the H&M brand during customer interactions.

Who You'll Work With

Be part of a dynamic Store Team including various roles such as Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and support functions that together create an engaging and inviting shopping environment. You will also collaborate with the wider Area Team across stores to share insights and contribute to overall success. Your efforts help customers express their individuality and enjoy sustainable, fashionable products.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or related industries is preferred.
• A strong passion for fashion and providing excellent in-store customer experiences, while promoting our product range.
• Thrives in team-oriented and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills with a willingness to engage with store technology and a strong drive for learning and personal development.
• Adaptable, proactive, and action-focused mindset.

Additional Information
