Role Overview
The Sales Account Manager position is a full-time, on-site role in Doha focused on accelerating company growth. The successful candidate will drive business expansion by identifying new sales prospects, managing critical account relationships, and advocating the company’s extensive portfolio including ICT, ELV, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Identify potential new business opportunities across the SME and enterprise markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking events, referrals, cold outreach, and direct client meetings.
- Promote technology solutions such as ICT Infrastructure, Networking, ELV, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Microsoft products.
- Comprehend client needs to craft tailored technology recommendations.
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and presentations that align with customer requirements.
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close sales deals.
- Collaborate closely with presales, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain organized client records and sales pipelines utilizing CRM software.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and new technologies to stay ahead in the market.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or an equivalent field or proven relevant experience.
- Between 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience focusing on ICT, System Integration, ELV, Networking, Telecommunications, Cloud, or Cybersecurity products.
- Demonstrable success in meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
- Extensive background in account management and business expansion.
- Excellent skills in communication, delivering presentations, and negotiation.
- Strong ability to understand and interpret customer requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Experience with CRM platforms to manage and track sales pipelines effectively.
- Self-driven, motivated, with a customer-centric approach.
- Capable of working collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
Preferred Expertise
- Experience selling Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, cybersecurity solutions, networking and Wi-Fi technologies, firewall products, CCTV and surveillance systems, access control systems, structured cabling, data center solutions, cloud services, or unified communications is advantageous.
