The individual will independently design, configure, support, and troubleshoot sophisticated IGA solutions while collaborating closely with business analysts, system owners, and end users to ensure seamless enterprise identity lifecycle governance.

- Configure and troubleshoot various ISC connectors integrating HR systems, SaaS apps, JDBC databases, RESTful APIs, Snowflake data platforms, SAP Concur, and other enterprise tools.
- Maintain and optimize lifecycle automation scripts progressively transitioning to native SailPoint ISC features like provisioning policies, transforms, and audit-compliant controls.
- Implement governance use cases for non-employees via SailPoint NERM, handling contractor onboarding, renewals, terminations, and periodic access attestation.
- Conduct identity data clean-up, entitlement reconciliation, orphan account review, and support initial RBAC and access profile rationalization.
- Perform unit and configuration testing, assist in client QA/UAT cycles, including defect analysis, log examination, remediation, and production readiness validation.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, deployment protocols, test evidence, and operational handover materials to facilitate a smooth transition to managed services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including business analysts, SME’s, QA, and managed services to consistently deliver robust IGA solutions.
- Leverage AI-driven engineering tools, where approved, to enhance configuration assessment, documentation, root cause analysis, scripting, and operational knowledge while ensuring compliance with responsible AI and data protection standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years in Identity Governance and Administration.
- At least 3 years’ hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC or IdentityNow implementations.

- Experience integrating authoritative HR sources such as Workday or Paylocity.
- Strong understanding of identity correlation, data reconciliation, duplicate identity management, and authoritative source transitions.
- Hands-on expertise with onboarding applications via REST APIs, SOAP web services, JDBC connectors, and SaaS integrations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of provisioning, access request management, de-provisioning, approvals, certification workflows, and entitlement governance.
- Exposure to SailPoint NERM for governance of non-employee lifecycle events including contractors and service accounts.
- Capability in entitlement modeling and foundational RBAC design support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills addressing aggregation, provisioning failures, schema mismatches, transform errors, and data quality problems.
- Ability to operate independently as a Level 3 engineer with minimal oversight.
