This position sits within the Food & Beverage team at a luxury hotel in Doha. The role is focused on handling in-room dining requests with warmth, accuracy, and a strong service mindset. You will be the first person guests speak to when placing room service orders, so every interaction needs to feel polished, attentive, and guest-centric.

The hotel is part of a globally recognized luxury hospitality brand with a long-standing reputation for refined service. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive room service calls quickly and maintain a courteous, professional manner throughout each interaction.
  • Capture guest orders with accuracy and a solid understanding of the menu, including specials, ingredients, and potential allergens.
  • Recommend suitable add-ons and suggestive items to improve the overall dining experience.
  • Enter orders correctly into the POS platform and relay details clearly to the kitchen and service teams.
