About the Role
A respected creche in Sligo, Ireland is looking to appoint an experienced Lead Educator. This pivotal role involves managing and guiding a childcare room, supporting daily operational routines, and upholding high standards of care and early education for children.
Position Details
- Start Date: Mid-August
- Location: Sligo, Ireland
- Contract: Full-time
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Possess at least one year of professional experience within Early Years settings in Ireland.
- Thorough knowledge and application of Irish childcare standards and regulations.
- Demonstrate leadership by guiding a team, supporting colleagues, and fostering a positive and nurturing learning atmosphere.
- Show strong enthusiasm and dedication to early childhood education.
Requirements
- Qualification at QQI Level 6 or an equivalent credential is mandatory.
- Excellent skills in communication and teamwork are essential.
- Must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
