Position Overview
Join Marriott International as a Room Attendant, where your role transcends routine cleaning to shape exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will utilize a variety of housekeeping skills to uphold the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel facility, ensuring spaces feel welcoming and pristine for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain and stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
- Clean guest rooms and all public areas thoroughly to meet quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Maintain professionalism through proper uniform, personal grooming, and communication.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Candidate Requirements
- Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during a shift.
- Physical fitness to handle manual labor tasks safely and independently.
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and quality standards.
