About the Role

DealRoom is hiring a dedicated Revenue Operations Specialist to join their team in Boston under a hybrid work model—office presence required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday. The role starts in August 2026 and requires permanent U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

This specialist will be an integral contributor to DealRoom's go-to-market (GTM) operations, tasked with developing and maintaining scalable revenue operations systems. This position demands a highly organized, proactive, and AI-savvy individual comfortable managing data-intensive projects and juggling both large initiatives and spontaneous requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and enhance the HubSpot CRM platform, handling system settings and automating workflows.
  • Act as the main support contact for HubSpot users by resolving daily queries, troubleshooting issues, and training colleagues.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity by identifying inconsistencies and promoting compliance among sales representatives, while maintaining an up-to-date best-practice manual.
  • Create and maintain user-friendly views, reports, filters, and workflows optimized to increase sales reps' efficiency.
  • Generate ongoing funnel and pipeline reports and assist with ad-hoc data analyses for the GTM group.
  • Support outbound sales initiatives by aiding in list management, account segmentation, and territory data integration in HubSpot.
  • Develop and update enablement materials such as CRM hygiene manuals, process documents, tool guides, and sales playbooks.
  • Manage the queue of incoming RevOps requests by prioritizing and routing work, balancing strategic projects with daily inquiries.
  • Collaborate on strategic and cross-department GTM projects, translating operational decisions into concrete workflows and documentation for reps.

Candidate Profile

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven expertise with HubSpot across both marketing and sales functions, including proficiency at creating reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with robust data management skills, comfortable working extensively with CRM records and maintaining list hygiene.
  • Experienced in leveraging artificial intelligence tools to accelerate documentation, data cleanup, and workflow creation.
  • Strong communication abilities to identify process gaps, present clear analyses, and propose actionable improvements.
  • A proactive problem solver willing to take on diverse responsibilities, even outside immediate role boundaries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with sales technology such as Clay, Apollo, Chili Piper, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting teams in marketing, sales, finance, or project management.
  • Interest in sectors like mergers & acquisitions, corporate development, private equity, or financial technology.

Additional Information

Work Authorization: Candidates must have permanent permission to work in the United States. No sponsorship or visa support will be provided.
