Overview
This opportunity is for a Revenue Operations Coordinator position with a partner company operating in Canada. The role centers on enhancing process efficiency and supporting growth within a commercial organization by providing operational support to revenue teams. It involves managing sales workflows, optimizing CRM processes, and ensuring fluid progression of opportunities throughout the revenue pipeline. The position requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and clear visibility across business functions within a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the progression of sales opportunities through defined stages while ensuring adherence to set process standards.
- Organize and lead internal deal reviews, manage action items, and assist with follow-up efforts.
- Ensure CRM data integrity by updating opportunities, contacts, and activities accurately and consistently.
- Conduct audits on pipeline, forecasts, and reporting data to enable sound business decision-making.
- Produce regular reports detailing pipeline status, performance metrics, and revenue operations.
- Manage proposals, contracts, statements of work, and related sales documentation.
- Track critical deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and internal processes associated with sales engagements.
- Support post-event activities including conferences and sales engagement follow-ups.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Delivery, and Leadership teams.
- Maintain and update sales playbooks, process documents, and operational tools.
- Champion the use of automation and AI-driven workflow enhancements to boost operational efficiency.
- Monitor deal progress, identify stalled opportunities, and flag potential risks or obstacles.
- Assist with forecasting procedures, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business planning cycles.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 3 and 7 years of professional experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales support, project coordination, CRM administration, or consulting operations.
- Proven proficiency with CRM platforms, especially within service-oriented or consultative business contexts.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders, competing priorities, and multiple operational initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail and consistent follow-through on tasks.
- Experience in preserving data quality, ensuring precise reporting, and maintaining process documentation.
- Comfort with coordinating various sales activities, internal communications, and workflow enhancements.
- A proactive ownership attitude, capable of independently detecting problems and driving solutions.
- A keen interest in leveraging automation technologies and AI-powered tools for process improvements.
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills.
