Key Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly footfall enhancement strategies for stores, ensuring adequate support for each location.
• Collaborate with Area Retail Managers (ARMs) to create store business plans and coordinate with Head Office for effective execution.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities or threats, maintaining networks within the regional competitive landscape.
• Oversee business development by evaluating potential store/counter sites, filtering leads from ARMs, and maintaining relationships with local retail business development representatives.
• Manage franchisee relations from a business perspective and address conflicts as they arise.
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) adherence by monitoring ARM and audit reports, identifying recurring store-level issues.
• Supervise merchandising and visual merchandising (VM) effectiveness, recommending improvements at outlet level.
• Evaluate store operations quality, understand delays, and monitor compliance in cash, stock, cost management, housekeeping, and staff attendance, proposing process enhancements for total compliance.
• Design and monitor new store launch plans, providing intensive support during the initial three months post-opening.
• Analyze customer relationship management (CRM) registration rates and consumer behaviors to facilitate enhanced customer service and business growth.
• Develop insights on consumer trends and communicate these to ARMs and store teams, cultivating relationships with key customers at each store.
• Lead team management activities including recruitment of ARMs and Store Managers under the Retail Operations Manager's guidance, conducting quarterly performance appraisals, and managing team motivation and structure.
• Set weekly sales targets for ARMs based on market analysis and business forecasts.
• Establish spending budgets for ARMs, reviewing budget adherence and suggesting necessary adjustments.
• Determine training priorities, prepare training modules, and organize implementation calendars.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferred qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Relevant background in Retail Operations, Business Development, Stakeholder Management, and Business Expansion is essential.
