Role Overview
The Retail Sales Executive plays a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, meeting sales objectives, and ensuring the store's visual and operational standards are upheld. This position is key to enriching the customer's shopping journey and maintaining store efficiency.
Primary Duties
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in choosing products suited to their needs.
- Explain product features, advantages, and special offers thoroughly.
- Encourage additional sales by recommending related products.
- Manage customer questions, complaints, and feedback courteously and professionally.
- Keep the sales counter clean and organized.
- Present products appealingly and ensure timely restocking.
- Help organize and support promotional activities and displays.
- Track inventory levels, notifying retail management of any shortages.
- Support stock audits, receiving shipments, and maintaining storage areas.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet store sales targets.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in training opportunities.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 INR.
