About the Role
This role involves actively driving sales by engaging customers effectively and surpassing sales goals. The incumbent will be responsible for having deep knowledge about our products to guide customers appropriately and providing outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and presenting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets by proactively interacting with customers.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive understanding of product offerings to better assist clients.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by responding promptly to questions and providing suitable recommendations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster repeat purchases.
- Execute sales plans and take part in marketing events to boost sales performance.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to management to aid in enhancing services.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of sales transactions and customer communications.
