Responsibilities
- Engage customers warmly and assistively, promoting PUMA’s products to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Understand and align with business objectives to positively influence store sales, environment, and operations.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to maintain a consistent and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
- Stay informed about PUMA’s products, procedures, and initiatives to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Support retail operational initiatives to reinforce PUMA’s market standing.
- Participate and comply with store programs related to safety, operations, service, and loss prevention, contributing to overall store success.
- Analyze store merchandise, sales, and operations data to enhance business knowledge and improve store performance.
- Contribute to maintaining store standards including cleanliness, organization, product flow, and presentation to help achieve business goals timely and accurately.
Candidate Profile
- Prior sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the PUMA brand.
- Customer-focused, dependable, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner with adaptability.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with common Microsoft software.
