Retail Sales Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for dedicated Retail Sales Assistants to join our team full-time, starting in early August at the Aillwee Burren Experience located in Ennis, County Clare, Ireland. This role involves direct interaction with visitors and actively promoting and selling our award-winning products, including Burren Gold Cheese and Homemade Fudge.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage courteously and helpfully with visitors to enhance their experience.
• Promote and sell the shop's products, focusing on key items like Burren Gold Cheese and Homemade Fudge.
• Manage merchandising efforts and ensure timely restocking of goods.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the shop area.
• Adhere to product freshness and stock rotation guidelines.
• Support stock control processes to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Operate the till and handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
