Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Retail and Merchandising Coach to guide both students and professionals aiming to grow their careers in retail. This position involves teaching essential topics such as retail and merchandising strategies, product assortment planning, visual merchandising, pricing, inventory control, sales forecasting, supply chain management, and store operations. Coaches will also assist learners in applying retail analytics, marketing strategies, improving customer experiences, integrating e-commerce, and understanding AI basics and automation within retail.

Career Development Support

In addition to subject matter coaching, this role includes helping with career advancement through resume reviews, cover letter assistance, LinkedIn profile evaluations, interview preparation, salary negotiations, networking tactics, and guidance for freelancers pursuing independent work.
