About the Role
As a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead with SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, you’ll support in-store merchandising work that helps retailers better serve shoppers. The role is focused on improving the shopping experience through product presentation, inventory movement, and store execution.
You’ll be part of a large team network serving thousands of brands and retail customers across many countries, with support designed to help you build your career and grow within the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Set up displays and end caps to improve product visibility and sales potential.
- Reset shelves and manage product rotation to keep store sections organized and current.
- Monitor inventory levels and help retailers and suppliers make the most of sales opportunities.
- Assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new team members.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers pay of $15.40 per hour.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and store management in a friendly, upbeat, and professional way. You should be comfortable performing hands-on physical work in a retail setting and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements
This position requires candidates to be at least 18 years old, have dependable transportation to the worksite, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. A smartphone or tablet is needed to record work after each shift. The job also calls for a safety-minded approach while working in retail environments.
Experience and Skills
Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of merchandising experience, along with prior experience leading and training others. Strong customer service, interpersonal communication, self-motivation, teamwork, and results-focused execution are important for success in this role.
Training
No previous experience is required for entry, as training and team support are provided to help you get started.
