Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic District Retail Manager to oversee franchise operations in Dubai. This position entails driving sales growth, optimizing merchandising strategies, enhancing franchise partner efficiency, nurturing store teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience aligned with our global brand standards and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives that align with market conditions and company objectives.
• Continuously monitor franchise store performance; identify areas requiring improvement and implement effective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, uphold company image, and maintain operational standards.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance product management and merchandising across franchise locations.
• Facilitate efficient wholesale partner operations to sustain sales growth.
• Lead training sessions on merchandising and trading strategies for franchise partners and store personnel.
• Establish strong, trusting relationships with franchise partners, serving as the key liaison between them and Mango Headquarters.
• Support franchise stores in managing people processes while ensuring adherence to policy and visual standards.
• Coordinate and contribute to training programs for store teams within the region.
• Maintain an outstanding customer experience by applying best retail practices and upholding high service standards.
• Support omnichannel retail operations and the integration of digital services in franchise stores.
• Empower teams to maximize their capabilities in both in-store experience and omnichannel offerings.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in store management and retail operations.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a District Manager.
• Fluent in English.
• Residency and work permit eligibility for Dubai required; must be based in Dubai.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth understanding of customer profiles in various markets to adapt product potential and commercial strategies accordingly.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management expertise.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends.
• Excellent communication skills complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented with confidence in sales capabilities.
