Role Overview
Sharaka Holdings is hiring a Retail Delivery Executive to support retail fit-out delivery in Baraha Town, Doha. The position focuses on managing projects from the leasing stage through fit-out completion and store opening, while keeping timelines, quality expectations, and statutory compliance on track.
What You’ll Handle
- Take ownership of retail fit-out assignments from the point of leasing through fit-out completion and retail launch.
- Assess architectural, interior, and MEP submissions together with tenants, consultants, and the internal technical team.
- Guide tenants through the fit-out journey and coordinate day-to-day delivery activities.
- Work closely with tenants, contractors, consultants, and management stakeholders.
- Visit sites regularly to track progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to requirements.
- Run project meetings and compile progress updates and reports.
- Troubleshoot technical and fit-out issues affecting site execution and drawing coordination.
- Track schedules, milestones, and delivery targets to keep work aligned with agreed deadlines.
- Ensure alignment with relevant authority rules and development standards, including Municipality, QCDD, Kahrama, and MOI requirements.
- Prepare and review LOD documents, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail fit-out or mixed-use development projects.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of architecture, interior fit-out, and MEP systems.
- Hands-on ability to review architectural and MEP drawings, specifications, and fit-out documentation.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Project.
Additional Information
Location: Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time, on-site role. The assignment is centered on delivering retail spaces in Baraha Town in line with quality, technical, and authority approval requirements.
