What you will be doing

• Supporting operational excellence across visual merchandising, customer service, stockroom activity, and merchandise processing.
• Helping maintain high service and operational standards by sharing updates clearly and keeping the team aligned.
• Organizing, prioritizing, and directing tasks while encouraging cooperation and coaching associates on store policies and procedures.
• Training and developing associates in product presentation and customer service practices.
• Strengthening the store’s brand and value message through attractive merchandise presentation in key selling areas.
