We are seeking a warm and professional Restaurant Hostess to join our team and help ensure guests receive a welcoming and seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Primary Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables attentively.
• Manage reservations, coordinate seating assignments, and allocate tables to maintain efficient service flow.
• Communicate effectively with the restaurant team regarding table availability and any guest preferences.
• Identify returning guests and share relevant special requests and information with staff.
• Assist guests by providing details about restaurant offerings, menu suggestions, and current promotions.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback courteously and professionally.
• Support the restaurant staff during peak hours to maintain an exceptional guest experience.
• Ensure each guest departs feeling appreciated through a personalized farewell.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess at least a High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Minimum one year of experience in food and beverage guest service, preferably within luxury or upscale hotel environments.
• Exhibit a friendly, confident, and approachable demeanor with a sincere enthusiasm for guest hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Strong organizational aptitude to efficiently handle bookings and seating arrangements.
• Present a professional and well-groomed appearance with ease in interacting across diverse cultures.
• Availability to work flexible shifts that include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
