Role Overview

Serving as a Reservation Agent, you will be the initial point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the very first interaction. Your role is critical in crafting memorable guest experiences that reflect the luxury standards of Sofitel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistently warm, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
• Recommend suitable room options and maximize revenue through effective up-selling techniques.
• Inform guests about hotel amenities and assist with special requests.
• Manage booking requests, maintain rooming lists, and accurately update reservation systems.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

• Proficiency in English with 1 to 2 years of experience in luxury hotels.
• Guest-oriented attitude with a passion for exceptional service.
• Previous experience with Opera or similar hotel reservation systems is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Additional language skills are considered beneficial.
