About Digital Education Council
The Digital Education Council (DEC) is an international community uniting leaders and innovators in higher education, spanning close to 200 member institutions across six continents. The Council focuses on fostering sustainable innovation and integrating artificial intelligence within education and workforce development sectors.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Research & Intelligence Associate to actively support the Council's research initiatives and develop exemplary briefings and reports. This role demands hands-on involvement and offers prospects for rapid growth within a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover emerging trends in global higher education and workforce development.
- Contribute significantly to Executive Briefings, various reports, and research articles published by DEC.
- Assist with implementation and execution of new international research projects.
- Identify and evaluate promising educational technology startups and analyse the innovation landscape in education.
- Provide assistance in the execution and launch of DEC’s advisory services.
Candidate Profile
- Possess minimum two years’ experience in research, analytical fields, or closely related areas.
- Exhibit a strong desire to learn and curiosity about the education and innovation sectors.
- Be proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate excellent research, analytical reasoning, and organisational capabilities.
- Display outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
