Research & Insight Consultant (Qualitative)

About the Role

WeAreAspire is seeking a dedicated mid-level Research & Insight Consultant specializing in qualitative methods to join an expanding insights consultancy serving global brands and startups. This role offers the chance to contribute to a growing company's success by delivering thoughtful and impactful research that anticipates market trends and solves client challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships while managing qualitative research projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deadlines, quality benchmarks, and project objectives are achieved.
• Handle project financials adeptly by developing budgets, allocating resources efficiently, and tracking project progress.
• Produce high-standard deliverables that present clear insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Mentor and assist junior colleagues in their professional growth and tasks.

Experience and Skills Required

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end qualitative research projects, with experience conducting both in-person and online fieldwork.
• Skilled in synthesizing findings into understandable presentations using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and quantitative analysis software.
• Experience juggling multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and supporting less experienced team members.

Additional Information
