Rental Agent

About the Role

Join Alturki Holding as a Rental Agent based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where your main goal will be to deliver an exceptional rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for each customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to answer their inquiries and address concerns related to their rental vehicles or bookings.
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable vehicle based on criteria such as cost and vehicle size.
• Inform customers about any existing damages on vehicles prior to rental.
• Prepare rental contracts and promote additional vehicle options or extras tailored to client needs while clearly explaining contract terms, company policies, and procedures.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, inventory records, cash handling, and generate daily business reports efficiently.
• Process payments, including credit card transactions, through the company system; reconcile daily transactions; prepare bank deposits; and maintain transaction logs and customer counts.
• Ensure rental agreements are correctly opened and closed in the system according to company policies and procedures.
• Collect rental fees via various payment methods such as cash, POS, or bank transfer.
• Deposit collected cash into the company’s bank account daily.
• Prepare end-of-duty reports including daily collection summaries, POS reconciliation, and vehicle status updates.
• Supervise drivers to inspect tires, accessories, and mileage, and initiate complaints if damages are detected.
• Keep vehicle inventory updated, tracking usage and maintenance status.
• Verify that drivers clean vehicles and refuel them properly to prepare for the next customer.
