About the Role

Primops is seeking a committed Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter to develop a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and thorough phone interviews. This position involves engaging applicants, assessing their suitability, arranging interviews, and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the hiring journey. Responsibilities

  • Conduct 150 to 250 outbound calls daily using company-provided leads.
  • Perform structured phone interviews evaluating applicants' qualifications, communication abilities, and job readiness.
  • Explain job opportunities clearly and respond to candidate inquiries professionaly.
  • Screen applicants against established hiring criteria to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Maintain detailed candidate records and activities within CRM and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ensure prompt follow-ups during every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Meet daily targets for recruiting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support recruitment coordination and administrative tasks as necessary.
