Role Overview

This position is ideal for psychiatrists seeking predictable W-2 compensation with benefits, the freedom to customize their schedules and patient cases, and reduced administrative duties—all within a fully remote outpatient model.

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care remotely, with no inpatient or crisis coverage.
• Treat patients with low to moderate acuity such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD.
• Serve a diverse patient base spanning children, adolescents (for board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and elderly individuals.
• Conduct standard-length sessions: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Utilize an internal referral network for additional therapy services.
• Benefit from full administrative support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing assistance.

Clinical Autonomy and Flexibility

• Maintain control over work schedule and availability.
• Decide session lengths following clinical best practices.
• Customize patient populations based on preferences and criteria.
• Practice clinical decision-making without pressure to increase volume or shorten sessions.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist with MD or DO degree.
• Hold an active, unrestricted medical license with multi-state licensing assistance available.
• Interest and comfort in delivering outpatient care exclusively via telepsychiatry.
• Willingness to utilize streamlined clinical technology effectively.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to care.

Employment Details

Open to both full-time and part-time W-2 employment arrangements. Annual total compensation ranges between $325,000 and $375,000+, consisting of a base salary plus monthly productivity incentives guaranteed during the first six months of onboarding.
