Remote Fixed Schedule Advisor for Claro Portability

About GEA Perú and the Role

GEA Perú is a prominent Contact Center and Assistance company currently expanding its operations. They are seeking dedicated advisors to work with Claro Perú handling 100% remote operations.

Job Objective

The advisor's role focuses on contacting existing Claro customers as well as customers using other operators. The goal is to promote Claro Hogar services, offering exclusive promotions and benefits related to internet, cable, and fixed telephony to boost activations and attract new clients in this campaign.

Working Hours

The position follows a fixed schedule from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with Sundays and holidays off.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic monthly salary of S/1130 (fixed)
• Unlimited commission potential
• Welcome bonus of S/70 (available in September)
• Retention bonus of S/300
• Perfect attendance bonus of S/200
• Training allowance of S/160 (S/20 per training day)

Training Details

• Eight days of virtual training sessions
• Schedule during training: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM via Google Meet
• Training start date: Saturday, July 18

Work Modality

This job is fully remote, allowing work from any location within Peru.

• Applicants must have their own laptop or PC with wired internet for remote work
