Role overview
This position focuses on sourcing and managing gold loan customers, supporting the full loan cycle from lead generation to disbursement, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and convert new gold loan prospects through lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers while handling service-related support.
- Support the appraisal and valuation of gold assets for loan processing.
- Manage loan documentation, KYC checks, processing, and final disbursement steps.
- Work on referrals, collection follow-ups, cross-selling opportunities, and achievement of sales targets.
Candidate profile
- Applicants should be interested in banking sales.
- Prior exposure to gold loans, banking, or NBFC environments is preferred.
- Understanding of finance operations is important for the role.
- Should be comfortable with appraisal, sourcing, renewals, and collection-related work.
- Age should be up to 35 years.
Compensation
The offered pay range is INR 1,50,000 to INR 3,00,000 per year.
