About the Role
This position as a Relationship Manager in the Wealth Channel focuses on managing and expanding networks within the life insurance agency or mutual fund distribution sectors. The role involves building and sustaining relationships with life insurance advisors or mutual fund distributors, particularly targeting High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) to offer Unit Linked Insurance Plan (ULIP) products. The preferred candidates will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a strong background in life insurance agency channels or mutual funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and manage HNI clients by promoting and selling ULIP products.
- Recruit new distributors and provide them with training to strengthen the distribution network.
- Develop and nurture a substantial base of life insurance advisors or mutual fund distributors.
Candidate Profile
- Age requirement: between 24 and 38 years old.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduation or higher.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background preferably in life insurance agency channels or mutual fund sector.
Compensation and Benefits
The total compensation package offers up to INR 800,000 per annum with additional quarterly incentives of INR 60,000, effectively recognizing performance and contributions.
