Role Overview

The company is looking for experienced Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers who have worked in secured lending and mortgage sales. This role is centered on business generation, customer acquisition, and maintaining strong client relationships to support loan sourcing and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business through open market selling efforts.
• Identify, source, and onboard customers for Micro LAP (Loan Against Property) and other secured lending products.
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with customers.
• Meet monthly targets related to sales and loan disbursement.
• Work closely with internal teams so that loan processing and disbursement happen smoothly.
