Client Relationship Manager

Role overview

This position focuses on nurturing client relationships, supporting revenue growth efforts, and helping deliver a high-quality customer experience. The role combines relationship management, client servicing, and participation in marketing and business development activities. A structured 12-week training programme will be provided, and the successful candidate will gradually take on more responsibility with guidance along the way.

Key duties

• Work with the assigned clients and incoming leads to create strong, long-term business relationships.
• Learn what each client needs and recommend solutions that provide meaningful value.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to build confidence and keep communication consistent.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and broader business development efforts.
• Handle projects with increasing independence while still receiving coaching and support.
• Update client account records and prepare statements and transaction advice.
• Help with the monthly calculation of investment returns and the distribution of payouts to clients or investors.
• Keep documents properly filed and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to client questions, suggest suitable options based on financial needs, and resolve concerns professionally.
