Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and nurture high-net-worth clients to achieve assets under management (AUM) and revenue growth targets by fostering strong, lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with Analysts to perform portfolio reviews, develop hedging strategies, and craft personalized financial solutions while promoting a broad range of products including equities, mutual funds, structured products, and derivatives.
- Conduct detailed market and client research to uncover sales opportunities; generate leads by organizing investment seminars, client events, and roadshows.
- Manage the client onboarding and account setup processes, ensuring meticulous completion of regulatory documentation and adherence to compliance procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams across departments to optimize service delivery and enhance client satisfaction across all interaction points.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Marketing, or comparable fields; relevant equivalent experience will also be considered. Holding MAS licenses or having passed CMFAS examinations is advantageous.
- At least three years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably with direct client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong financial acumen with familiarity in derivatives, structured products, private funds, and IPO-related services being a plus.
- Highly proactive, motivated, and a collaborative team player equipped with excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
