Job Overview
We are pleased to announce an immediate opening for the position of Relationship Manager specializing in Home Loan Sales at a reputed NBFC. This role requires candidates to engage directly with clients and foster strong customer relationships to promote Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new customers interested in Home Loan and LAP products.
- Conduct thorough market visits to explore and acquire potential clients.
- Generate business leads through various channels such as dealers, consultants, direct client meetings, referrals, and online sources.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients to develop and nurture lasting relationships.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and adhere to productivity standards.
- Strictly comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and internal banking policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold at least a graduate or postgraduate degree.
- Possess a minimum of 14 years of experience in sales within Home Loan, Mortgage, or LAP sectors.
- Age range between 21 to 35 years.
- Excellent sales and marketing skills with a target-oriented and confident approach.
Interview Details
The interview will be conducted face-to-face at various locations including Jabalpur, Bhopal, Indore, Delhi NCR (Vikas Puri, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad), Agra, Dwarka, Mathura, Srinagar, Jammu, Gwalior, Sonipat, Nehru Place, Kaushambi, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Sikar, Bhiwadi, Dehradun, Haridwar, Haldwani, and Saharanpur. Candidates must arrive in formal attire between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM for an urgent interview with immediate joining potential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from INR 25,000 to INR 35,000.
- Attractive performance-based incentives on top of the fixed salary.
