Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to lead and grow our team of business advisers. This role involves recruiting new advisers, driving business growth through them, managing and motivating the team to meet sales goals, and providing necessary training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new advisers to expand the sales force.
- Generate business through managing advisers effectively.
- Lead and oversee a team of advisers to ensure strong performance.
- Motivate and encourage the team to achieve targeted sales.
- Provide training and guidance to develop adviser skills and product knowledge.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a graduate in any discipline.
- Age should be between 21 and 42 years.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a fixed cost to company (CTC) of up to 4.50 lakh per annum, along with performance-based incentives. The monthly salary range is approximately 20,000 to 25,500 INR.
