About the Role
This position involves acquiring and managing Trade and high-value MSME customers focusing on their working capital financial needs. The incumbent will handle the entire customer lifecycle including acquisition, onboarding, portfolio management, activation, and attrition.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage Trade and high-value MSME clients requiring working capital support.
- Address customer needs for pre-shipment and post-shipment financing limits.
- Enhance revenue from trade by growing wallet share in new and existing trade accounts.
- Acquire new trade and high-value liability customers to expand the customer base.
- Facilitate customer trade transactions ensuring smooth, straight-through processing.
- Cross-sell treasury solutions such as forwards and options to trade customers.
- Deliver cash management services to clients.
- Lead teams positively with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Be accountable for completing projects and assignments within deadlines.
- Demonstrate solution-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
- Employ strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Conduct due diligence on customers and transactions to meet AML and regulatory trade transaction requirements.
- Monitor and reduce compliance issues related to bills of entry and export bills.
