Position summary
Pikes Peak Post Acute is looking for a dependable and well-organized Rehab Aide to assist its Therapy Department in Sundance, Wyoming. This non-licensed role is centered on administrative, clerical, and departmental support, and is well suited to someone who wants to build experience in healthcare while working closely with a collaborative care team.
Pay
The hourly pay range for this role is $24.00 to $27.00, depending on experience.
What you will do
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Therapy Department.
- Keep therapy records and documentation orderly and up to date.
- Arrange therapy appointments and help manage resident treatment schedules.
- Prepare charts, forms, and other therapy-related paperwork.
- Handle phone calls, pass along messages, and help with internal communication.
- Monitor therapy supplies and alert leadership when items need to be restocked.
- Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and general records management.
- Support therapists and department leaders with special assignments when needed.
- Protect resident confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in administration, clerical work, customer service, or healthcare is preferred.
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities are important.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and basic computer tools is needed.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are expected.
- You should be able to work on your own as well as in a team setting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
